Do I need a merchant account?

Yes. Taking payments directly requires a merchant account, and we help you set it up. Approval includes a standard underwriting review, and most businesses with an EIN in good standing are approved.

Can I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?

Yes. Your booking site works alongside them, and calendars stay in sync so the same dates are never booked twice.

How are guests verified?

Every guest's ID is checked with Stripe Identity, along with name, billing address and card checks. Guests also accept your rental agreement and house rules before they can book.

Where do the extra bookings come from?

Niche travel sites, creator campaigns and a private network of property managers and travel partners, all sending guests to your own booking site. You choose which channels you take part in, and can opt in or out at any time.

Two plans. Essentials is $1,500 for the first year, then $99 a month, with a 10% commission on bookings we process. The platform, a site on an address we assign, and the network. Signature is $5,000 for the first year, then $495 a month, with a 8% commission on bookings we process. Everything in Essentials, plus a brand we build and run for you. A first-year payment covers setup, onboarding and hosting.

Which tools does it work with?

Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully and PriceLabs connect directly. Airbnb, Vrbo and anything else that publishes a calendar sync by iCal.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. Guest details and booking history stay with you, so you can welcome guests back and invite them to book direct.
